Information stored on your device
Dog profiles, reminders, activities, training records, veterinary details, microchip details, and photos are stored on your device. They do not leave the device unless you choose Cloud Sync, with one exception: photos remain local even when Cloud Sync is enabled.
Information processed for Cloud Sync
If you create an account, EasyDaisy processes your email address and account identifier to authenticate you. When Cloud Sync is active, dog profiles, care records, reminders, activities, training records, household membership, and related notes are stored on EasyDaisy’s cloud servers. This information is linked to your EasyDaisy account so that it can be synchronized across your devices and shared with household members you authorize.
Subscription information
Apple processes subscription payments. EasyDaisy receives transaction identifiers, product information, subscription status, and expiration dates to verify Cloud Sync access. EasyDaisy does not receive or store payment-card details.
Notifications
Reminder notifications are scheduled on your device. EasyDaisy does not use notification data for advertising or tracking.
How information is used and shared
Information is used only to provide app functionality, authenticate your account, synchronize your records, share records with household members you choose, verify subscriptions, prevent abuse, and provide support. EasyDaisy does not sell personal information and does not use it for cross-app tracking or advertising.
EasyDaisy uses third-party service providers to operate Cloud Sync and authentication, and Apple processes subscription information. These providers process information only to provide those services. EasyDaisy requires service providers with access to personal information to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable Apple requirements. Household members can see the dog-care information you intentionally share with their accounts.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Cloud records remain while your EasyDaisy account exists. You can permanently delete your account and synced cloud data from Profile → Delete account. Downloaded cloud records are also removed from that device. Dogs that have never been synced, and records attached to those dogs, remain local.
Deleting an EasyDaisy account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple’s App Store account settings.
Your choices
You can use local features without an account, decline notification permission, sign out of Cloud Sync, manage household access, remove local photos, or permanently delete your cloud account.
